The Terms and Conditions as outlined below are applicable to the sale and supply of products by this website supplier www.costumeparty.ie. In choosing to access this website for the placing of an order for purchase you are hereby consent to be bound to these Terms and Conditions as outlined. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately cease using the Website.
A contract commences once we have shipped your order. We will not accept your order until online payment has been made. We will notify you if we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
All prices and transactions on costumeparty.ie are in Euro currency. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable to the product, unless otherwise advised. All product prices may be altered without prior notification which may be occur due to increased or decreased costing regarding exchange rates.
In order to purchase from www.costumeparty.ie we ask that you must be over eighteen years of age or have parental/guardian consent. When placing an order, you have the option of choosing PayPal or credit card transaction. Credit card purchase can be made via Visa, Mastercard or Lazer Card which is processed through AIB’s Authi Pay system. Please be aware that if paying via PayPal you will be taken to their website for payment completion, this being also a secure payment platform, which you will then receive a confirmation email automated from www.costumeparty.ie, should this not be sent to your email account please contact us via our contact us form page in the contact section.
All products sold be www.costumeparty.ie are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days on confirmation of payment. In the unlikely event of any item of stock being unavailable or delayed we will contact you at the earliest opportunity via email or phone and advise you of the new estimated delivery time or provide a full refund. We may also suggest alternative items if appropriate. While we endeavour to accommodate our customers as best as possible, please note that during the busy seasons once an order has been placed it cannot be amended. Customers therefore must carefully check their order before completing a purchase.
We do not accept liability for products once they have left our premises. It is the responsibility of the customer to be at the delivery address as we use a third party for delivery service and signature is required for delivery. If the products are returned to us as a result of failed delivery we will contact you via email to arrange refund (less delivery cost) or arrange to reship the products. Please note that if we make a second delivery we will require an additional shipping fee. It is your responsibility to ensure details provided at checkout for delivery are correct. We cannot dispatch an order if we do not have a complete shipping address
Customers must base their purchase on the description and images of the items on this website, which are for guidance purposes only and will not be formed as part of the contract agreement.
